Come close out 2025 with some chill and welcoming company. This is an informal in-person peer support meeting. As a small group, we don't usually have a check-in procedure or time limits, but invite folks to talk about what's going on with them or ask for suggestions.
Location: Me and Jungle Cafe on Piedmont in Oakland (3943 Piedmont Ave). Look for Anna, I have rainbow glasses.
The Not Alone group started on Meetup in 2016 as a way to connect with other people experiencing mental health challenges. We met at coffee shops in Oakland and Berkeley before switching to mostly online meetings in 2020.
