What we’re about

You Are Not Broken: Facing Your Instability with The Toolbox Approach®

I live it, I heal it along with my patients, and I have transformed healing into The Toolbox Approach® and the phases of healing, so people don't recycle "I am so broken" thoughts every time that emotional baggage or trauma comes back into play. People give up on themselves and hide inside a life that doesn't serve them, they look alive on the outside, but the spirit dies and mine almost did too! I speak from my own authenticity that I have more work to do.

While I am a trauma therapist and now writer, podcast creator, and more, this is a real person space where you can explore your own red flags and date them for clarity. The tools I invite you to explore once your 4-week invitation to facing any instability you have are yours to consider at the end of the course, and in You Are Not Broken and the workbook on Amazon. This is a space for anyone who has reached a personal crossroads—after heartbreak, loss, trauma, career collapse, or any moment that felt like a rock bottom. Here, we don’t rush to fix ourselves. We confront. We relate. We heal.

In this community, we explore what it means to face the parts of ourselves we’ve hidden—through repression, suppression, or dissociation—and begin to drop the old tools that kept us numb or stuck. Instead, we learn to see these moments as classrooms for healthy confrontation and deeper connection.

Using The Toolbox Approach®, a trauma-informed method developed by a wounded healer with 20 years of experience and certifications in four modalities, we organize the healing journey into three tracks:

Narrative Healing – rewriting the inner story
Reprocessing Healing – facing and integrating the past
Relational Healing – transforming how we connect with ourselves and others

This is not therapy, though it is therapeutic. It’s not a quick fix, though it is transformative. It’s a confronting container for people who want to do “the work” in community—with structure, support, and realness. No one comes in perfectly stable. But together, we build stability through shared reflection, mutual mirroring, and tools that help us stay grounded while we grow.

Whether you're writing a book, rebuilding a life, or simply seeking to relate better to yourself and others—this group is for you.

Let’s stop abandoning ourselves. Let’s face what broke us, but use it for new tools, facing things together.
