Join us for a moderate pace morning hike in scenic Whiting Ranch Wilderness park.
This moderate pace loop consists of both flat easy trails and some challenging climbs, Including Billy Goat

Note: We are always vigilant of Mountain Bikers speeding down the hills and Rattlesnakes on the trails.

Route:
We will start out on the Serrano Trail and take that to Line Shack (right) to Whiting Road and to Sleepy Hollow to Sage Scrub then to Vulture View up to Santiago to Cactus Hill (right) to four Corners and go down Mustard to Billy Goat (right) to Whiting Spur and back to Four Corners from there we will take Whiting Rd back to Serrano Cow and Serrano back to trail head.

Hike Details:
Go time: 7:am sharp
Difficulty: Moderate to challenging
Distance: 7.5 mi.
Elev. Gain: 1400 ft.

Essentials:
Traction hiking shoes
Water (at least 1.5-2L; electrolytes recommended)
Light snacks
Hat, sunscreen, sunglasses
Hiking poles (recommended if you normally use them)
