Who's up (or down) to run around!????

Fun Rounders game, Saturday 18 October 2025, 2pm West Bridgford Park.

No experience necessary, just for fun, we play with a slightly larger bat and ball, so dont worry if you haven't played since school! Game time is around 1.5 hours, followed by a drink/food near by. (Also the group is planning on heading into the city afterwards in order to 'rounders' off the evening (see what I did there😅)

Exact location in the park, post game drinks and evening event to be confirmed closer to the day, so please keep an eye on the comments section of this post for up-dates.

Please wear trainers, bring water and a waterproof and a bag with spare jumper/shocks/shoes (just in case☔️😅)

Also, please feel free to message with any questions. Some jogging or possibly a degree of running may be required.

£1 event fee will be given to Shirley (&Tala) to help with meet-up page running costs.

Meetup charge organisers to run these groups, and therefore, Please bring £10 for a year's membership to the group or £1 if you attend occassionally, on the walk or pay as a friend payment via PayPal

It can get very muddy and slippy on events
•wear and bring appropriate clothing, it is England after all
•Warm/cold weather layers. Prepare for all weather
•Enough water for the duration of the walk
•Lunch and snacks as needed. There won't often be places to buy things en route
Etiquette - If you can no longer attend the event, please remember to cancel yours and / or your guests rsvp as we often have people on the waiting list and it means we won't wait around for you either
