My Niece's Big Fat Delhi Wedding @ Bonington Theatre, Arnold

"This is Nottingham filmmaker Haresh Sood’s Directorial Debut with a documentary. A real-life comedy spin on the film called Monsoon Wedding by Mira Nair. My Niece's Big Fat Delhi Wedding was shot in Gurugram, a suburb of Delhi, over 10 days during 10 ceremonies highlighting the key ‘C’ words associated with a big fat Indian wedding including: cost, culture, ceremonies and above all the comedy.
Showcased at more than 100 film festivals globally, with a reach of 5 million people worldwide, this film has won awards all over the globe in multiple categories at film festivals.
There will also be a special screening of this film during Haresh’s second film tour 'Cama Sood Hara' (coming next year to Bonington Theatre)."
