Michael Ellis @ JT Soar w/ Socks and Ballerinas + A Pig Called Eggs

Michael Ellis, who are a duo, not a single person, and neither are called Michael are coming to JT for a Buttonpusher night!

I really like the sound of these, instrumental, and while rocky/proggy/mathy, the thing that gets me most is how much it sounds like video game music! Not only that, is even the album sounds sort of live-remixed, which I'm really interested to see! This is definitely a thing, as their spotify bio states:

Michael Ellis is the union of two fabled creatures who perform instrumental excursions to unknown, colorful realms, while dressed in suits and masks. Their music is energetic and grandiose, with inspiration from heavy metal, math rock and game soundtracks.

Support comes from Socks & Ballerinas who played last year with Coma Rossi, and A Pig Called Eggs who I've not checked out yet!!
