Guided Nature Walk at Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park
Details
Step into nature for a curated guided walk through the shaded trails of Tillie K. Fowler Regional Park, hosted by Kay Jones and guided by Noelle of The Naham Experience.
This small-group experience is designed to help you slow down, clear your head, and reconnect through gentle movement and time outdoors.
We’ll walk easy forest trails at a relaxed pace, with natural pauses to breathe, notice, and take in the surrounding beauty, including a peaceful marsh overlook.
This is more than just a walk. It’s an intentional way to step out of your routine, quiet the mental load, and feel grounded and supported.
Why You’ll Love It:
• Easy, accessible trails suitable for most fitness levels
• A calm, welcoming group environment
• Thoughtful trail guidance from Noelle of The Naham Experience
• A curated experience focused on presence, not performance
After the Walk: Optional Lunch
Following the walk, those who’d like to continue the conversation are invited to join us for lunch at Community Loaves. This is an optional, relaxed way to connect and unwind after our time outdoors.
Meals are at your own expense.
