Park Club - Fountainhead Regional Park

Come to this month's Park Club for an afternoon in nature with fellow Environmental enthusiasts and activists, and just soak in that brief window at the end of Summer when it's not quite Autumn. We'll look into another of Northern Virginia's magnificent parks and take a little hike on one the trails. Most likely head down by the water at least for a bit. No limit on attendants, just please let us know if you're coming so we'll know to expect you.

This month we'll be on the banks of the Occoquan once again, but on the Northern Side this time.

A big draw for boaters and bikers along the Occoquan, with a lengthy biking trail which goes all the way to Bull Run, and Boat Rentals available for the aquatically inclined.
We won't be doing those activities, but I encourage folks to enjoy these parks on their own time as well and especially if those activities sound like something they would enjoy.
