ABOUT THE TOPIC
Creating functional and usable products that benefit the end user is a difficult task. Now, sprinkle some open-ended government regulation, conservative legal teams, off-shore development, digitally naïve clients, and a complete unawareness of UX as a discipline on top. Your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to go beyond sexy landing pages, and focus on pushing high fidelity product through nine circles of digital hell, while delivering, often life-altering, information to the patients and caregivers.
