DESCRIPTION
Join us as we hear from a panel of design leaders, across various industries, talk about hiring in 2021 and beyond. They'll share what shifted in 2020 as teams responded to a global pandemic, a focus on racial injustice and systemic racism, an economic downturn, a tumultuous election season, and the aftermath of civil unrest. We'll explore how they, their teams, and their companies are adapting approaches to attract, hire, onboard, and build an inclusive team culture. We'll discuss what shifts are permanent, what changes appear temporary, and how the landscape may continue to evolve for both hiring managers and candidates.
