ABOUT OUR TOPIC
One of the enduring dogmas of Voicebot design is the dogma of human emulation model: Designers continue to believe that the best voicebot design strategy is the one that seeks to deliver a human sounding voicebot. In this talk, I propose that such a strategy is not only misguided but fundamentally runs against the bottom line goal of delivering effective voicebots.
ABOUT OUR SPEAKER
