Fairfax Adult ADHD Support Group

This group is for Adults "with ADHD". It is a support group and will meet on Sundays via Zoom.
At this time, it seems we are all going through some changes in our lives. Change can be very unsettling, especially for those of us with ADHD. So for now, this group will focus on where we are at this time, and possibilities for where we'd like to go in the future. We maintain a friendly and supportive atmosphere, as we discuss our common ADHD ups and downs.
