NOVA Game Developers

Join local video game developers, artists, musicians and writers to talk about the art and science of game development. Bring a device and demo your game, talk shop, find like minded folks to join forces with, have a snack or a beverage among new friends. We are an informal meetup where we share what we've been working on and socialize. Come for all or just a bit of the time!

Are you working on a game project and want to add some consistency and accountability to help you keep going? Let's meet once a week over on discord and share what we've been working on!

The basic idea would be for each person to share a quick update about their progress that week - 1 minute tops? After that we could have some time to share / live stream some demos or request any other feedback / advice to help get unblocked, share learnings from the week.

We will try to have the event every Sunday at 3pm -- except when we have our in-person event on the First Sunday of the Month!

This meetup will be hosted online on our private discord! If you are a regular attendee of the in-person meetup - ask for an invite next time we are together! New members will have to attend in person at our in person meetup or know a current member personally to get an invite to join so that we can maintain a safe and peaceful discord group hopefully free of spam and stuff. :)
