Join the Mobility Club to improve shoulder pain, mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and posture. Suitable for all fitness levels, with gentle exercises focused on proper form. Move better. Feel better. This program is for those over the age of 18. Registration begins on August 21 through www.paramuslibrary.org.
