Put your taste buds to work! In this interactive program, participants will try different BBQ sauces and rubs and then create their own BBQ rub with ingredients provided. Experiment with sweet, smoky, and spicy flavors and take home your finished blend to try with your friends and family. This program will be filled by lottery.This program is for Paramus residents over the age of 18. Registration begins on April 27. Register through www.paramuslibrary.org.
