If you are 55 years of age or older living in New Mexico and interested in small group travel, this group may be of interest. Please add your profile picture if you wish to join. This group is not for those that wish to remain anonymous. If you sign up and don’t add your profile picture, you will be removed. This group is for independent solo travelers over fifty five who enjoy traveling with others. Any individual trip will be limited to a certain number of participants so that all voyagers will have the most opportunity to engage with one another. Additionally, I’m not a tour guide so I’m not coordinating buses or vans to take large groups. Each local trip will be set at a maximum of 6 people. Trips to other states will be set at a maximum of 8 - 10 people as otherwise it’s too challenging to make reservations at restaurants. All senior voyagers participating will collaborate on trip planning that are either local, in the US or international as there will not be a travel guide unless the group decides to engage one. Participants need to reside in New Mexico as the collaboration will be in person. The meetup is about the entire experience and adventure of trip planning and traveling so please know this is not a group where trip planning is done for participants. Each voyager must be able and willing to take care of their own travel arrangements once dates and plans are chosen. The host will choose destinations for most trips, but will consider other suggested destinations. All voyagers will participate in choosing trip dates and excursions, but there is flexibility for voyagers to do their own trip excursion too. The objective is for everyone to have fun while being responsible for themselves.
