STRIKE is a beginner-friendly fitness class that combines striking technique, mitt work, movement, and cardio into one fun workout.
Each class starts by focusing on one skill at a time—such as a jab, cross, hook, knee strike, or front kick. We'll practice proper form and technique, then put those skills into action through a variety of music-driven cardio combinations.
No experience is necessary.
No sparring.
No contact.
No intimidation.
Just a great workout in a supportive environment where you can build strength, coordination, confidence, and fitness while learning something new.
