Focusing on nature and on native and endangered plants, Harrington draws thoughtful parallels to contemporary life and environmental instability. “Resilience Is Our Nature” proposes that endurance is not a rare heroic act, but an intrinsic capacity. Nature teaches us that survival is creative, adaptation is generative, and hope is not naïve—it is evolutionary.
