This group is for anyone involved in real estate investing and/or landlording, or who wants to learn about real estate investing, meet other real estate investors, network with hard money lenders, mortgage brokers, coaches, remodeling contractors, rehabbing experts, wholesalers and flippers, and build a stream of income from investing in real estate in and around the Dallas/Ft. Worth and North Texas area, including: Carrollton, Plano, Allen, Richardson, Farmers Branch, Dallas, Lewisville, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, White Rock Lake, Garland, Rowlett, Sachse, McKinney, Frisco, Irving, Oak Cliff, and Mesquite.

The number of RSVP's (that is, the number of "people who have said they are going to attend") shown for each event does not accurately indicate the actual number of people who are planning to attend the event. The actual number is usually greater ( two or three times greater, or more, than the RSVP's shown). This is because a separate "registration" (and payment) is required to attend most events. Many of those who plan to attend these events do this separate other "register" (in advance), but they do not RSVP (...we wish they would also RSVP). There is a discount for advance registration. You can register for an event in advance, online. To do so, you should use the "Register Here" link which is provided within each announcement for each event (usually near the bottom of the page).
