Frank Friesenhahn, in addition to more than 20 years as a State Certified / FHA Approved Appraiser in the North Texas region, has also owned or personally managed more than 400 rehab projects over the past 15 years. As a property owner/manager, he currently owns 12 rental properties, and has owned rentals for more than 10 years. He is also active in wholesaling and rehabbing homes in the North Texas area, and is the operating partner of his hard money lending firm - DFW Investor Lending, LLC.
