Reservation Policy: For events requiring reservations, we ask for a refundable deposit to hold your spot. Your deposit will be fully refunded once you attend the event. This helps us guarantee attendance and organize smoothly.

After making his mark at some of NYC’s most notable restaurants with top chefs like Sara Jenkins, Jody Williams, Josh Capon, Anne Burrell, and Amanda Freitag, Montiel took the reins at Cantina Rooftop in 2018 as Executive Chef.
