They own long-term rentals in Columbus, Ohio, and short-term/mid-term rentals in Joshua Tree, Lake Tahoe, and Branson, Missouri. As general partners and co-founders at NVST Capital, theyâre involved in a 111-unit apartment in Dallas and recently closed on a 44-bed assisted living memory care facility in Fresno, California.Ashley is a commercial lender with Old Capital, ready to assist anyone looking for financing for their commercial deals.
