We meet at Big Al's in Milpitas either on the Back Patio (weather permitting) or by the back back. We don't formally rent a space but we do ask that you support the venue by purchasing a drink or food item.

🤝 Meet Your Guest Host: Ian Cruz, CPA

General Partner of TLP Investment Services and CFO of TLP Renovations. Ian has transacted over 140 units, co-GP’d 500+ across Ohio and California, and leads a 200+ member investor community in Cincinnati. When he’s not underwriting deals, he’s coaching amateur boxing or supporting health nonprofits.

Ashley is on a multifamily field trip in Dallas and Josh is building out a new STR in Branson.

About them:
Josh Baldovino and Ashley Cao have been business partners for over three years, building an extensive real estate portfolio. They own long-term rentals in Columbus, Ohio, and short-term/mid-term rentals in Joshua Tree, Lake Tahoe, and Branson, Missouri. As general partners and co-founders at NVST Capital, they’re involved in a 111-unit apartment in Dallas and recently closed on a 44-bed assisted living memory care facility in Fresno, California.

Ashley is a commercial lender with Old Capital, ready to assist anyone looking for financing for their commercial deals.

Josh runs a marketing agency, Invested Creators that helps businesses and investment groups generate leads and automate the follow-up process to help connect with prospective and current clients.
