Brian Bigham is a professional associated with Madison SPECS, a national cost segregation firm headquartered in New Jersey. He specializes in cost segregation and bonus depreciation strategies, assisting clients in optimizing tax savings related to their real estate investments. Known as "The Cost Seg Cowboy," Brian has been featured in various discussions and events focusing on tax savings and market analysis.
Christian Vaught is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and partner at Mauldin Vaught, PLLC, a full-service tax, accounting, payroll, and business consulting firm located in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Arkansas in 1999 and has been a CPA since 2000. In 2014, Christian partnered with Michael Mauldin to establish Mauldin Vaught, PLLC. Prior to this partnership, Christian served as the Director of Finance at The Harvest Group and was one of the original CPAs to open the Fayetteville office of HoganTaylor LLP in 2002.
Greg Seay is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Tax Coach (CTC) associated with Providence Financial Services. Greg, currently resides in Centerton, Arkansas and is active in many community and professional organizations. Greg currently holds the CMA Certification (Certified Management Accountant), a licensed CPA (Certified Public Accountant) in the state of Arkansas, and a Certified Tax Coach.
