About us
A friendly, in-person community for people in the Portland area and SW Washington who own rental property, are fixing up a home, or are just curious about real estate. We meet face to face to share experience, compare notes on what's working locally, and get to know each other.
What we do together
- Monthly Roundtable (4th Tuesday, Lake Oswego): an open discussion where members bring questions and talk through local topics: rentals, repairs, contractors, Oregon landlord rules, and the local market.
- Monthly Investor Networking Night (2nd Tuesday, NW Portland): a relaxed evening to meet other local owners and the people who work with them, hosted with our partner group PREONW.
Who it's for
Everyone from first-timers to long-time landlords. No experience needed.
Cost and membership
All events listed here are free. Joining this Meetup group is free and is all you need to attend: RSVP right here on Meetup. Food and drinks at the venues are purchased on your own.
