The NY/NJ Opportunity Zone Meetup is for Investors, OZ Funds, Developers, Property Owners, Businesses, Project Sponsors, OZ/RE Vendors, and Government Agencies to come together, learn about opportunities, and network towards leveraging Opportunity Zone investment dollars to invigorate communities (and make money).
Learn about the biggest tax break enacted in decades and how you can use it to compound your wealth in a way that sets you and your family up for the future. Each meetup includes an overview on the basics of OZs, as well as case studies, and opportunities to dive deep into some of the more esoteric aspects of the legislation, including real-world examples of deals and ways people are leveraging this new law to make a difference for themselves and their communities.
