On Dec. 31, 2019, opportunity zone investors face an important deadline: the last day to make an investment in a qualified opportunity fund and get the full benefit of the new program. If you invest into a QOF before Jan. 1 and hold for seven years, you benefit from a 15% basis point reduction in your deferred capital gains. Each meetup includes a brief overview of Opportunity Zones and their related tax Incentives, and provide the opportunity to deep-dive into the real intricacies and opportunities, exploring specific projects and experiences.

We provide a one minute opportunity for anyone in the OZ space to present and pitch what they're working on and looking for (investors, OZ funds, property owners, developers, consultants, etc.).
