Join us for a conversation about transforming the way we think and plan developments in ways that support interim site utilizations, generate revenues, decrease holding costs, raise property values, attract trend setters and influencers, clean up neighborhoods, and efficiently test new business hypotheses. On a very practical basis, how can we use here-and-now mechanisms such as opportunity zones, QSBC and other incentives to fund projects and experiments that lead to thriving city projects and inclusive growth for local communities?

Eastern Times:
9:30p - 10:00p Networking

About the Bay Area Opportunity Zone Meetup:
Our meetups feature knowledgeable and active experts in OZs. We look to be inclusive, including large project sponsors, smaller project developers, OZ businesses, as well as municipal and community leaders.

Each meetup includes a brief overview of Opportunity Zones and their related tax Incentives, and provide the opportunity to deep-dive into the real intricacies and opportunities, exploring specific projects and experiences.

We provide a one minute opportunity for anyone in the OZ space to present and pitch what they're working on and looking for. If you'd like to speak or present at a future Meetup, please contact the organizer.

Come learn what you need to know about Opportunity Zones, how to benefit from the amazing tax deferral and abatement provisions, how to get involved, and how not to 'miss the boat' by letting the clock run out on your investment opportunity!

And, join our Facebook group to connect online: https://www.facebook.com/groups/oppzones/
