STRATTON MOUNTAIN RESORT
The Mountain Scene of Vermont’s first World Cup ski races. Birthplace of snowboarding. Renowned today for snow and grooming, fast lifts, including four six-passenger chairs and the summit gondola, and an invigorating blend of terrain for beginner to expert with 97 trails fanning from a single summit, the highest peak in southern Vermont.

LODGING
We will be staying in a big vacation house located in Warren, 4 bedrooms & 1 loft, 8 beds (3 king beds, 3 double beds, 1 single bed, 1 sofabed), 3 baths, 2 full kitchens, and a living room. We will max out at 12 people. The house is 24 minutes to Stratton Resort.
Features: Private deck, mountain views, outdoor furniture, outdoor dining area, BBQ grill, fire pit, indoor fireplace, free fast Wifi, large TVs, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer, dryer.
Essentials: Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: Dec 19th, 2025 Friday; Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Asian Jewels) 133-30 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7. (NEW for 25/26: 1 block from previous spot)
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage.
Return: Depart from Sugarbush Ski Resort at 3:30 pm on Sunday and expect to arrive at NJ at 8:30 pm, midtown NYC around 9:15 pm & Queens at 10:00 pm

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $319 per person for first 7 spots or before 9/15 whichever comes first. Regular: $359 per person for last 7 spots. $30 per person upgrading from shared queen/full bed to own single bed.
Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation (shared queen/full bed or own single bed) at a big vacation house near Sugarbush. Round trip transportation from NYC area, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, tolls, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Trip goers will provide their own lift tickets, for example, by getting Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass.

REFUND POLICY:
* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 60 days in advance;
* 50% refund if cancelled 30 days in advance;
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 30 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
