Wizard Rock Concert: Celestial Warmbottom Celebration

Wizard rocker Celestial Warmbottom has been a hilarious and beloved fixture of the wizard rock scene for many years in NYC... and as of this February, became the first octogenarian performer of the wrock community!

Turning 80 hasn't kept Celestial Warmbottom from taking the stage — and what better way to honor wizard rock's most experienced performer than in the classic wrock style: with a surprise tribute album!

We are throwing a concert to celebrate Celestial Warmbottom (Deanna) - she will perform, as will the Dancing Death Eaters (dancing ballroom routines set to her music) and Priori Incantatem (NYOP organizer Julie singing her songs from the tribute album). We'll also listen to the album's recorded tracks by wrockers who can't make it to NYC.

Most important: the honoree in question has no idea this is all happening - she thinks she's performing at a regular concert! So shhhhhhhhhh... don't give it away to her at the event! We're going to do the big "Surprise!" reveal after she performs - pretend you're there for just a regular wrock concert! Luckily she's not online, so the secret should be safe.
