THE MOUNTAIN
Sunday River is a ski resort located in Newry, Maine, in the United States. It is one of Maine's largest and most visited ski resorts. Its vertical drop of 2,340 feet (710 m) is the second largest in Maine (after Sugarloaf) and the sixth largest in New England. The resort features 135 trails across eight interconnected mountain peaks, and is serviced by a network of 15 lifts.Sunday River and its sister resort Sugarloaf have been operated by Boyne Resorts since being sold by American Skiing Company in 2007 for a combined $77 million.

LODGING
We will be staying in a big vacation house near Sunday River, 5 bedrooms, 1 game roon,10 beds (2 king beds, 4 queen/full beds , 4 twin beds), 3.5 baths, a fully stocked kitchen, and a living room. We will max out at 15 people. The house is 16 minutes to Sunday River Resort.
Features: Hot tub, game room with ping pong, board games, stunning views of Mt. Washington, electric fireplace, free Wifi, home theater, smart TVs, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
Essentials: Hair dryer, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.

TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: April 3rd, 2026 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens: (Across street from Asian Jewels) 133-30 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7. (NEW for 25/26: 1 block from previous spot)
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Return: Depart at 3:15 pm from mountain on Sunday Apr 5th and expect to arrive at NYC at 10:30 PM & Queens at 11:00 PM.

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $299 per person for first 8 spots or before 2/15 whichever comes first. Regular: $339 per person for last 7 spots. $30 per person upgrading from shared queen/full bed to own single bed.
Trip Includes: 2 nights shared accommodation (shared queen/full bed or own single bed) at a big vacation house near Sunday River Resort. Round trip transportation from NYC area, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, tolls, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Trip goers will provide their own lift tickets, for example, by getting Ikon Pass or Ikon Base Pass.

REFUND POLICY:
* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 30 days in advance;
* 50% refund if cancelled 15 days in advance;
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 15 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
