****Host a CTE Summer Scholar – July 8 – August 16 - Apply Now!****

NYC’s Department of Education's "Summer Scholars" program is looking for companies/ organizations to host high school juniors and seniors for summer internships. The students are studying IT and advertising/media in Career and Technical Education (CTE) schools. The goal of the program is to expose the students to work environments and give them a sense of what it's like to have a job. (Great projects can include data entry, online research, social media monitoring, networking, web design.)


Students get valuable work experience and a paycheck, while host companies will get extra capacity at no cost, as the students are paid via a grant from Bank of America.

****2nd Annual Teen Tech Program by IGNITE Her NY – July 8 – August 16****

A New York based program, IGNITE Her NY, with the mission of creating a pipeline of women tech founders, is hosting its second annual teen tech program this summer. In the program, teen girls will learn web development, digital marketing, and data analytics.  The program which was held at We Work last year will be at NYU July 8th-August 16th this year and wants to ensure the teens get to experience the flavor of the NY tech scene.  That means you!
