Holiday Coffee Tour: Bushwick, Brooklyn

Happy Holidays Coffee Hunters,
Because it is the holidays, because it is the season of treating ourselves, let's go to the current hot spot of coffee geekery, Bushwick.
We'll start at La Cabra Roastery.
Then we'll swing by one of the OG's Variety Coffee.
Finally, relative newcomer, Yellow Sun.
The fee will go to the coffee and tips for the baristas.

We will try coffees at each spot and discuss as always:
how to taste coffee,
how processing, elevation, roasting effects coffee flavor,
and how coffee is traded changes everything.
