Known for its outlandish and whimsical creations, Serenditpity 3 has been an enclave for artists like Andy Worhol, celebrities like Marilyn Monroe and of course, dessert-lovers since 1954.
This hands-on class is the perfect opportunity to let your inner child run free as you’re surrounded by eclectic decor like Tiffany lamps and an Andy Warhol puppet hanging from the ceiling - the perfect environment for making an over-the-top sundae!
Before bringing your dream sundae to life, you’ll have the opportunity to brainstorm ideas while talking through your vision with Chef Calderone.
Throughout the process, Chef will be going around to assist not only with building the sundae, but will also offer suggestions on how to garnish, drizzle and layer the sundae it based on what speaks to you.
After building your sundae, you’ll get to present and show off your creation to the rest of the group before mingling and hearing stories on Chef and Serendipity3.
Guests will round out the sweet day by perusing Serendipity3’s wondrous gift store.

Join Abdul Ahat of Caravan Uyghur as you learn to make staple dishes from the Uyghur region of Northwest China!
For those unfamiliar, the Uyghur people have faced unspeakable persecution from the Chinese government.
While Chef Abdul plans to speak more on this, he also wants to share the loving and hospitable nature reflective of his people.
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to make Samsa along with Laghman noodles, a very popular dish utilizing a laborious hand-pulled technique.
Following the class, you’ll sit down to a family style meal that will include more Samsa, Laghman noodles and their must-try traditional Saffron tea.

Join Natiya De Leon, Executive Chef at Georgian restaurant, Assaia, as she introduces us to the world of Georgian cooking.
In this hands-on class, guests will learn how to work with two different doughs to create two classic Georgian dishes- Adjaruli Khachapuri and Khinkali.
For the Adjaruli Khachapuri, an amazing boat-shaped cheese bread filled with cheese, butter and egg, you’ll learn how mix the cheese into the dough so that it keeps its shape while baking.
For the Khinkali, a juicy meat-filled dumpling, you’ll learn how to wrap the ground beef into small, flat slices of dough.
After baking and cooking, guests will get to enjoy their creations and try some Georgian wine.
