    Join Natiya De Leon, Executive Chef at Georgian restaurant, Assaia, as she introduces us to the world of Georgian cooking.

    In this hands-on class, guests will learn how to work with two different doughs to create two classic Georgian dishes- Adjaruli Khachapuri and Khinkali.

    For the Adjaruli Khachapuri, an amazing boat-shaped cheese bread filled with cheese, butter and egg, you’ll learn how mix the cheese into the dough so that it keeps its shape while baking.

    For the Khinkali, a juicy meat-filled dumpling, you’ll learn how to wrap the ground beef into small, flat slices of dough.

    After baking and cooking, guests will get to enjoy their creations and try some Georgian wine.

    Join Tyler Hollinger, Head Mixologist and Co-Owner of FESTIVÁL Café, for an immersive farm-to-bar mixology experience on the Upper East Side.

    Known for his sharp eye for atmosphere and botanical cocktail creations, Tyler will guide you through the art of crafting restaurant-quality drinks using fresh herbs, citrus, and seasonal ingredients straight from the farm.

    In this hands-on class, you'll kick things off with a welcome cocktail before diving into foundational techniques like shaking, stirring, and muddling, while exploring flavor pairing, ingredient layering, and the role of botanicals in modern cocktail design. Working with fresh, seasonal ingredients, you'll craft three cocktails while learning how to balance acidity, sweetness, and bitterness along the way.

    Throughout the session, Tyler will share stories behind FESTIVÁL Café while also sharing his unique background in both hospitality and entertainment.

    Guests will leave with printed recipe cards, a digital recipe guide, and the skills to recreate all three cocktails at home.

    Join Simon Herfray of Atelier Sucré, as you learn to make one of France’s most beloved and ubiquitous pastries - the croissant!
    From its glossy and flaky exterior to its iconic buttery cross-section, it’s hard not to adore this crescent-shaped delight.

    In this hands-on class, one of Chef Simon’s talented pastry chefs will guide you through the art of traditional lamination as you learn to fold, roll, and shape dough the way it's done in the finest French bakeries to create not only the original croissant, but also a Pain au chocolat and a savory ham croissant from scratch.

    Throughout the class, you’ll learn the story behind this iconic pastry and what it means to Simon as a classically trained French pastry chef who has spent over two decades perfecting his craft.

    You'll leave with your freshly baked creations, recipe cards to recreate them at home, and a genuine taste of French savoir-faire.
