Abstract: Oracle APEX is Oracle's strategic low-code platform that makes it easy and fast to build secure, scalable enterprise applications. With powerful AI capabilities built into APEX, developers can create data models, generate applications, and generate code using simple natural language prompts. In this session, you will see how AI is transforming app development—from writing and debugging SQL, PL/SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to generating entire applications just by describing what you need. You’ll also get an introduction to integrating Oracle APEX with OCI AI Services—such as Vision, Language, and Speech—enabling you to add intelligent features like image recognition, text classification, and language translation to your apps. Join us to learn how Oracle APEX and AI together can simplify development and boost your productivity.

In this session, you will learn:

• What Oracle APEX is, and how you can build enterprise apps with APEX and AI — no coding experience required
• How AI-assisted development features in APEX help you create data models and generate applications quickly using natural language prompts.
• How to leverage embedded AI Assistant in code editors to help write, debug, and explain SQL, PL/SQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• How to integrate APEX applications with OCI AI Services (e.g., Vision, Language, Speech) via REST APIs to add advanced AI capabilities like image recognition, text classification, and translation.
