These guided nature immersion walks are inspired by the practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku) and are designed to reduce stress, awaken the senses, and bring you back into the present moment.
No experience required.
Just need a willingness to slow your pace, notice the world around you, and share gentle conversation with others.
