A recurring community for NYC real estate investors, from first-time buyers to experienced multifamily operators, to connect in person, share what's working, and learn from each other. We meet every first Tuesday of the month, 7 to 9pm, at Bowery Beer Garden.

Each month brings a relaxed happy hour setting where members can talk through deals, ask questions about financing, tax strategy, or property management, and build real relationships with other investors in the city. Some months we feature a guest speaker or a focused topic, but the heart of the group is the same every time: real conversations with people who are actually doing this work in NYC.

Whether you're looking to make your first investment, scale a growing portfolio, or just want a community of people who think about money and real estate the way you do, you'll find a seat at the table. Co-hosted with SARE, this group has been running consistently and will keep meeting monthly going forward.
