Critical Path Game [VIRTUAL}

I made a fun game to teach developers (and others) about the critical path and assorted agile concepts. I’ve run it a number of times and all the groups have enjoyed it. In this session, we will play the game. We will then reflect on what people learned (or should have learned) and what goes into making such a game.

Meetings will be moving to the 3nd WEDNESDAY of the month (exceptions due to holidays).
Virtual Meetings will begin at 7:00 PM
