4 Game-Changing Leadership Behaviors behind the 100 most Valuable US Companies

Details

Leadership is a key reason why companies are considered valuable or they go out of business. In this engaging workshop designed using Training From the BACK of the Room, we explore the four leadership behaviors and take you through applying these to your own context and organization. The workshop is an interactive and hands-on learning experience full of real life case studies where audience interactions is encouraged. You walk away learning from the case studies and more importantly from each other’s experience as you work through how these behaviors can help you, your team and your organization.
