In your work as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master, think of a person you would like to change in some way. In your relationship with this person, are you spending more time dealing with things that are going wrong or helping things go right?

In this session, we'll look at the Influence Pyramid, a tool developed by the Arbinger Institute to help us all improve our influence by identifying the things we can do to help things go right - regardless of the choices of others.
