Join NYC Scrum User group for our last meetup of 2025.
Bring your questions, ideas, and reflections and get to discuss them with the group in the agenda-less, yet structured discussion using LeanCoffee format.
Haven't tried LeanCoffee style before? Worry not! This simple facilitation technique will become your favourite after the very first try.
We will split the group into several small clusters and run a number of parallel discussions about the most important topics at hand.
We will invite each one of your to add your topics for the group's review and quick stack-ranking.
We will apply two types of voting to make decisions as a group.

1. Dot-voting, to pick the topics for discussion
2. Roman vote, to agree within each group if a topic needs more time, or if the group explored it enough and ready to move on to the next one.
