Introducing the Agile Fluency Model

Details

UPDATE: We're meeting on the "second Thursday" in December, to accommodate everyone's holiday schedule.

Introducing Agile Fluency, created by Diane Larsen and James Shore:

We all agree that being fluent in agile takes consistent practice and needs a lifelong investment in learning. Unlike a maturity model that tracks a team’s progression, the Agile Fluency Model is akin to a bus ride with value stops along the way that an organization can choose to hop on and off.
