Our workshop is focused on results. Discussion of social anxiety issues comprises part of a typical session, but the main emphasis is on gradual exposure with exercises targeting all aspects of anxiety in interpersonal and small group interaction. You will become a more skilled and confident communicator in all area of life. There is hope, and we can definitely provide the help in a comfortable, supportive environment.

You are exposed gradually, in manageable steps, at your own pace, to a variety of challenges faced in everyday encounters, and practice the skills necessary to be more effective and comfortable.

I was trained at the White Plains Hospital Phobia Clinic as a Phobia Therapist and employ this unique approach to guide you in vastly expanding your zone of comfort. And the sessions are fun; not the typical stodgy therapy. You will learn, grow, and enjoy the experience.

Those who suffer from shyness, social anxiety, introversion and general
difficulty interacting with others.

conversation, discussion and other basic social skills.

Practice initiating and sustaining brief conversations. Exercises to
reduce inhibition, and learn skills to enhance overall expressiveness,
strengthen demeanor and maximize confidence.
