Sunsèt river walk and fireworks!

Let's celebrate July 4th by walking down down the Hudson River promenade, one of the most beautiful places in the city, made more magical by the sun setting over the river and the lights glimmering on the water. Along the way, we will visit teardrop park, the moving Irish hunger memorial, the picturesque Noryh and South Coves, and .ore At 9:30 we'll watch the dazzling fireworks from Jersey City light up the sky over the Hudson. The walk will end at sculpture-filled Battery City Park at the tip of Manhattan, where you can get the 1, 4, 5, or and R trains at around 10 PM, but you can leave earlier of course.

SNACK OR dinner: Bring food or buy it at Brookfield Place food court.

COST: $1 pLus whatever you spend for food.
