Prospect Park and Smorgasburg!

Details
Let's tour Brooklyn's crown jewel, Prospect Park, which its architects admired more than their earlier masterpiece, Central Park. It's less crowded and has more of a rustic, woodsy feel in many parts. We'll go off the main roads to explore the forests and waterways. Midway through the walk we'll take a snack break at Smorgasburg food fair, featuring cuisines from around the globe.
DISTANCE: About 4 miles. We'll finish at around 5 PM, but you can leave earlier, of course.
TRANSPORTATION: 2 or 3 train to Grand Army Plaza station. Take the exit marked "southeast" and meet outside on southeast corner of Flatbush Ave. and Plaza St. W. (not at the plaza, a few blocks away). But google "MTA planned service changes" for possible weekend changes on your subway lines, though the 2 and 3 are running normally.
