Waiver of Liability -- In exchange for my participation in events or activities organized or hosted by the nyc_uf, I am voluntarily entering and assume all risks associated with such events and activities and I assume full responsibility for any personal injury to myself and further release and discharge nyc_uf and its representatives for injury, loss or damage arising out of my participation, whether caused by the fault of myself, my family, nyc_uf or other third parties. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, agree to indemnify and defend nyc_uf and its representatives against all present and future claims, causes of action, damages, judgments, costs or expenses, including attorney fees and other litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my participation in nyc_uf events or activities. I grant permission to the foregoing persons and entities to use or authorize others to use any photographs, motion pictures, reocordings, or any other record of my participation in this event or related activities for any legitimate purpose without remuneration. Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from my participation in the above shall be resolved under New York law. This also applies to anything related to COVID-19. You acknowledge that you are required to be vaccinated to participate, if you show any symptoms of COVID-19 you must not attend, and if you were exposed to a person with COVID-19, you must let an organizer know to warn all other members.
