SNOWBOUND EXPO
Snowbound Expo is New England’s winter sports show, built on over 40 years of legacy connecting the snow sports community. It’s where brands and resorts connect directly with passionate skiers, snowboarders, and outdoor enthusiasts to celebrate the unofficial start of winter. The North American East community can discover the latest gear, find inspiration, and connect ahead of the snow sports season.
New: The Snowbound Expo Rail Jam is one of the event’s biggest attractions, bringing top skiers and snowboarders together for a live freestyle competition on a custom indoor rail setup. Riders showcase technical tricks, creativity, and style as judges score each run. The jam-style format keeps the action continuous, creating an energetic atmosphere for spectators. Winners earn prizes and recognition, making the Rail Jam a highlight for athletes, fans, and anyone excited for the upcoming winter season.
Returning in 2026 and for the first time, Snowbound Expo takes over the Earth Expo & Convention Center at Mohegan Sun, November 14-15, 2026. After a record-breaking event in 2025 when the event saw over 23,000 visitors, over 240 brands and resorts exhibiting, the anticipation for an even bigger event is already building.

KILLINGTON RESORT
Killington Resort is a ski resort in Rutland County, Vermont, United States, near the town of Killington. It is the largest ski area in the eastern U.S., and has the largest vertical drop in New England at 3,050 feet (930 meters). The mountain has been nicknamed the "Beast of the East." Ski season starts early at Killington, and they usually open ride in either late October or early November (earliest in the east coast), mostly the first to open in the Northeast. Sugarbush, located in Northern Vermont's Mad River Valley, is one of Vermont's favorite ski areas. Sugarbush consists of two mountains, Mt. Ellen and Lincoln Peak, and is home to more than 4,000 acres, with nearly 600 skiable acres plus 2,000 acres of backcountry skiing in the Slide Brook Wilderness area. "The 'Bush" has beginner terrain (20%), Intermediate (45%) and advanced to expert (35%) accessed via 16 lifts that provide the area with a 25,463 person uphill capacity. The 23,000 square-foot day lodge features cathedral ceilings, a food court, and the Castlerock Pub complete with an outdoor patio and barbeque area. THE WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in NY Ski & Snowboard Club events and activities, the event participant acknowledges, and agrees that:

1. The risk of injury from the events may be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2. KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3. Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,
4. Event participant, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS NY Ski & Snowboard Club their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
