LODGING
We will be staying in a big RETREAT house, 5 bedrooms, 9 beds (3 queen beds, 6 single beds), 3 baths, a large fully equipped kitchen, & 2 living rooms. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 21 minutes drive to Provincetown.
Features: STUNNING water views of Duck Creek and Wellfleet Harbor, private outdoor shower, outdoor patio with seating, BBQ grill, free WiFi, washer, dryer, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer.
Essential Provided: Towels, bed sheets, soap and toilet paper

DEPARTURE/RETURN SCHEDULE
Depart Date: May 24th, 2025 Saturday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 6:30 AM from Queens: (Across street from Sheraton LaGuardia East Hotel) 135-20 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7.
Depart 7:10 AM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 8:00 AM from CT: (Greenwich Metro-North Station) Island Beach Lot, 121 Arch St, Greenwich, CT 06831 (Map). The parking lot is 6 minutes walk to train station. Please wait near the parking lot entrance. Note: First 2 hours free, daily parking is $7, free on Sunday.
Return Date/Time: Depart from Cape Cod on Sunday May 26th after lunch around 3:00 PM and expect to arrive at CT at 8:00 PM, NYC at 9:00 PM & Queens at 10:00 PM

TENTATIVE PLAN (Plan may vary depending on weather among other factors)
* 5/24 Saturday:
• Arriving at Newport. After lunch, start a scenic walk along the Cliff Walk, a 3.5-mile path that offers stunning views of the ocean and the famous Newport mansions.
• Take a tour of The Breakers (extra cost), a breathtaking mansion built by the Vanderbilt family in the late 1800s. We can also visit other historic mansions like Marble House, The Elms, or Rosecliff if we have extra time.
• Have dinner on the way to the house, and grocery shopping for breakfasts & drinks.
* 5/25 Sunday:
• Begin the complimentary Self-Guide Drive Tour on our way to Provincetown. Visit few lighthouses, and Cape Cod National Seashore.
• Visit Macmillan Pier, touring Pilgrim Monument & Provincetown Museum (extra cost), Pilgrims' First Landing Park, and walk around Commercial Street.
• Dine out or get some groceries & cook the dinner.
* 5/26 Monday:
• Visit the downtown Chatham for charming shops, Chatham Lighthouse, and scenic beaches.
• Visit Hyannis, John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum & JFK Memorial.
• Optionally, stop in Plymouth to see the historic Plymouth Rock.
• Have lunch & head back to NYC.

COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Super Early Birds: $239 per person when booked by May 2nd for first 7 spots (discount applies automatically). Early Birds: $269 per person for first 7 spots or before 5/14 whichever comes first. Regular: $299 per person afterward. $30 to upgrade from shared bed to own single bed when available. Note: Eventbrite will show the price including the transaction fee.
Cost Included: 2 nights shared accommodation (sharing a queen bed) at a big vacation house in Cape Code. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & attractions, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip.
Cost Not Included in Trip: * Bike rental if any; * Meals & drinks; * Gratitude for the trip leader/driver

REFUND POLICY
* Full refund minus $30 processing fee if cancelled 10 days in advance
* 50% refund if cancelled 5 days in advance
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 5 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $30 processing fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
