What we’re about
Do you love cross stitching? Do you want to learn how to cross stitch? If you’d like to get together with other stitchers to chat, have a drink, and enjoy crafting together, then we’d love to have you join our group!
I’ve been cross stitching (and doing other crafts) since 2016 and have enjoyed attending crafting meetups and gatherings over the years, but have not found a lot of groups that have consistent events or are sometimes just not close by so I decided to take over this group and change that.
All ages and levels of skill are welcome! After all, we’re here to chill, craft, and meet people. If you are working on another type of embroidery, you are also welcome!
We will have least one in-person meetup each month, likely in the Greenpoint/Williamsburg area, but I will check with members to see if there is interest in additional in-person meetups at other neighborhoods (Long Island City or Manhattan) as well as periodic virtual meetups for those who can’t join in person.
