This is one of my favorite Turkish spots in the city. The menu below is based on 6 people, but it can easily go down to as few as 4 where I will get rid of the whole fish and one other main dish. Closest subways are the E/M/6 at 53rd.
Example dishes we'll order for 6 people-

Shephard salad- Finely diced tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, onions, parsley, tossed in olive oil and fresh lemon juice.

Muhammara- Spicy dip made of walnuts, red bell peppers, pomegranate molasses, Feta cheese, and bread crumbs

Arnavut ciğeri- Pan-fried calf's liver, served with sumac, onion and parsley salad.

Alinazik- A classic Ottoman dish made with smoked eggplant puree mixed with mozzarella cheese, served with lamb on top.

Manti (Homemade Turkish Ravioli)- Traditional Turkish dumplings filled with spiced ground meat and onions. Topped with a sauce consisting of yogurt, garlic and hot butter.

Special Citir Kebab- Ground lamb flavored with garlic, hot peppers, parsley grilled on skewers and wrapped in a lavash bread served with our special sauce. Served with rice

Whole grilled Dorado- Exquisite and delightful fish char-grilled served with mixed greens and shredded carrots.

Potential desserts/extras- Katmer or Kunefe
